I've been on a bit of health kick recently, and one of the best ways to make yourself look and feel better is surprisingly easy. Just drink more water. Water is known as 'The Elixr Of Life'. In traditional chinese medicine, a sufficient supply of water is known as an energizer, which promotes health. Apparently you should drink 1.2 litres (2.5 pints) of water a day. It's been a lot easier then I thought it would be, I like to squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice into the water to add a little taste. I've been doing this for about a month now and I've already noticed a difference. My skin is a lot clearer and brighter, my hair and nails seem healthier. I have more energy and I feel a lot more hydrated then I did when drinking just fruit juice and fizzy drinks. There are loads of benefits to drinking more water.
